The company provides on the job training with a focus on health and safety, resulting in no job related injuries. Staff members are encouraged to plan their work to effectively meet deadlines and minimize stress. Staff are consulted regarding changes in work place design, revisions to procedures and the acquisition of equipment which enhance work comfort, safety and performance.
Catering By Gregory's is an allergy aware caterer, accommodating special diet restrictions upon request. Requests for no MSG, no peanut products, vegetarian and children's meals, or other diet restrictions are taken seriously and staff is fully informed throughout all stages of food preparation and service.
With the growth of the company in the past, Catering By Gregory's has recognized the need to become more environmentally friendly. During the 1999 wedding season, a recycling system for bottles and plastics was established and continues to expand. More »»
